Healing is gradual.

It’s not a clean, straight line. It’s crying over something you thought you already processed. It’s revisiting a memory, again and again, and choosing peace a little faster each time.

It’s forgiving yourself slowly. Learning to set boundaries that stick. Unpacking the same hurt with a little more grace each round.

Healing is work. Beautiful, exhausting, freeing work.

If you’re in it, keep going. If it feels like you’re letting go of the same thing a hundred times… you’re not failing. You’re healing.
