There’s this quiet shift that happens when you start expecting good things.
Not in a toxic positivity way — but in the way you walk into a room, answer a text, or sip your morning coffee with a little more faith that something kind might meet you there.
I drew this piece as a reminder for myself on a day I caught my thoughts spiraling into worst-case scenarios. I realized how easily I default to preparing for disappointment instead of anticipating delight.
So I paused, took a breath, and wrote what I needed to hear:
Actually, expect great things. Expect magic. Expect positivity to meet you everywhere.
Because magic doesn’t just appear — it responds.
It notices when you stop assuming everything’s going to go wrong and start assuming that maybe, just maybe, you’re supported more than you realize.
Today, I’m practicing the art of expectation.
Not control. Not planning every outcome.
Just… believing that something beautiful might be on its way.
✨ What if the universe is already conspiring to surprise you?
Save this one for when your faith feels thin. And if you needed this reminder too, you’re in good company.
Cheers!
Bri 💛
