We woke up super early on day two & headed to the legendary Boiling River Hot Springs! It was a gorgeous drive… We, of course, took a back road from just east of Bozeman all the way to Gardiner, MT, where the northeast entrance to Yellowstone National Park is.
Once we reached the parking area, we bundled up and battled freezing cold & windy (ok… not that freezing cold, but quite windy) conditions to reach the incredible Boiling River…. See journal entry below with the specifics:
